Refund & cancellation policy

We want you to be sure QR Maker AI works for you. If it doesn't, your first payment is refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked.
First payment: full refund within 14 days
If this is your first payment to QR Maker AI (Pro, Business or the Biz Page add-on), you can get all of it back within 14 days of paying.
How to get a refund
Open your account page and click the refund button. The money goes back to your original payment method straight away and your subscription is cancelled. Refunds usually reach your card within 5–10 business days. You don't need to email anyone.
What happens to your QR codes
Your account returns to the free plan. Your QR codes keep redirecting — none are switched off. Free-plan limits apply from then on, such as recording up to 500 scans a month.
Cancelling later
After the first 14 days, and for renewals, you can cancel any time under Account → Manage subscription. You won't be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial periods.
Switching plans
When you move from monthly to annual, or from Pro to Business, the unused part of your old subscription is credited to your account balance and automatically used to pay your next invoices.
Business free trial
The 14-day Business trial is free: cancel before it ends and you're never charged. If you don't cancel, the charge at the end of the trial counts as your first payment, so the 14-day refund applies to it.
Customers in the EU and UK
If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Our 14-day refund is at least as generous, and you can use it the same way.
Suspended accounts
If we suspend an account for breaking our terms, we cancel its subscription and refund the most recent payment.
