Pricing questions
Do my QR codes expire?
No. A dynamic code keeps redirecting for as long as your account exists, on every plan. The free plan limits how many active dynamic codes you can have (3) and how many scans are tracked each month (500), but it does not switch your codes off. A code stops only if you delete it, set an expiry on it yourself, or it is disabled for abuse such as phishing.
What happens if I go over 500 tracked scans?
Your codes keep redirecting. Only the counting pauses until the first of next month, or until you upgrade to Pro, which has no such limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Open your account and choose Manage subscription. Your QR codes keep redirecting after you cancel; paid features pause when the period you paid for ends.
Is there a free trial?
The monthly Business plan starts with a 14-day free trial for new customers. A card is required, and it renews at $29 a month unless you cancel before the trial ends; we email you three days before. Free, Pro and the annual plans have no trial.
What is the difference between Pro and Business?
Pro covers unlimited codes, smart routing, password and expiry controls, and bulk creation. Business adds team sharing (up to 10 members), a REST API (50,000 calls a month), server-rendered SVG codes, embeddable scan analytics, one custom short-link domain and Biz Pages, for agencies, multi-location businesses and developers.
