1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QR Maker AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
QR Maker AI lets you design, generate, host, and track QR codes. Dynamic QR codes redirect through our short-link domain (qrmk.cc) so destinations can be updated without reprinting.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
4. Plans & Billing
Free, Pro and Business (monthly/annual subscription) plans are available, as is a separate Biz Page add-on subscription (included with Business). Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. New customers may be offered a 14-day free trial of the monthly Business plan: it requires a payment card and converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use QR codes to distribute malware, phishing, illegal content, or to deceive scanners about a destination. We may disable codes or accounts that violate this policy.
6. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
